Purpose: reduce onboarding drop-off within a fixed 6-week, 3-person constraint.
Deliverable: redesigned onboarding flow - Accountable: you;
Responsible: designer (flow/UI), engineer (build);
Consulted: whoever handles support tickets.
Key result: completion rate up from current baseline to a stated target by week 6, tracked weekly.
Open decision: I don't have a completion-rate baseline yet - that's needed before 'meaningfully' becomes a number.
