That's totally normal with a new baby! Try to schedule date nights and communicate openly with each other.
REL-03 — THE LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIP COMMUNICATION COACH
We had a baby six months ago and I feel like my partner and I barely connect anymore beyond logistics about the baby. Is this normal, and what can we do?
This is a very common, well-documented pattern - a new baby is exactly the kind of major life demand that crowds out the small, casual interactions where connection normally happens, not a sign something's fundamentally wrong between you.

The fix is usually making that connection deliberate again rather than assuming it'll happen naturally the way it did before: even 10-15 minutes of actual conversation not about the baby, a few times a week, protected on purpose, goes a long way.

I'd also suggest paying attention to small bids for connection in the middle of the logistics - a tired comment or a small joke is still a bid, and noticing and responding to those, even briefly, adds up more than people expect.
