I have a behavioral interview next week. Here's my story for "tell me about a time you dealt with conflict": "A coworker and I disagreed on the approach for a project. We talked it out and eventually agreed on a direction, and the project went fine."
Just be confident, make eye contact, and tell them about a time you solved a problem at work.
