Is this action line okay: 'Sarah felt a wave of relief wash over her as she realized she was finally safe.'
Here's a scene where the characters talk about their relationship and you can feel the emotion in the room.

Is this action line okay: 'Sarah felt a wave of relief wash over her as she realized she was finally safe.'
That's not filmable as written - 'felt a wave of relief' and 'realized' are internal states, and a camera can't capture either directly.
I'd rewrite it as observable behavior: 'Sarah's shoulders drop.
She exhales, long and shaky, and leans back against the wall.' Same emotional beat, but now it's something an actor can actually perform and a camera can shoot.
